The teaching staff, the essence and the main content of pedagogic science, is the representative image of an educational body and of the processes related to changes in the contemporary era. Contemporary age, with stringent requirements in development, imposes over the education and training system concrete tasks with a special focus on training the individual personality. In relation to the current development requirements, the school, the teacher, and the student, through evolutionary changes, become the key players always tending to recognise themselves through the notion of personality and identity. This notion that, in turn can get its authentic existence only under the influence of educational factors, directly and indirectly intersects with the schooling environment and wider social setting.
