In current conditions of social development,when the society increasingly make clear progress in development,in integration into the new European structures,social values,especially important is that the students to be receptive to these values,to accumulate and capitalize it.From youth is required to be able to mobilize efforts,to be socially active,the ability to comunicate,to feed-back the opinions and experiences so based on them to advance social,to integrate active in social and professional work. Very important in this case is that the students to be open to comunication,networking,collaboration and less self-enclosed,rigid or even neurotic people.Experimental test results show that among contemporary students are a lot of comunicable and sociable people,but are also there shut itself and withdrawn people that hardly fits into the social collective.Now we have new demands in working with the students team and after that they can fit easily and productive in professional activity. |
