In this article we describe one of the most important directions of the quality assessment projecting of teacher training process as well as professional continuing formation/ driving route and creation of your own professional advancement. We will explain how the „rating system” is designed on the basis of coordination of the different approaches taken in the context of management quality as well as adult education. We will estimate the basic ideas of Custom Model CVT CD, such as the idea of „collective genius”; monitoring/routing paradox; attitude towards humanitarian organizations providing programs/activities FC to design Eminence content; selecting technology learning/training; evaluation system development within the general education etc; taking into account the capabilities/skills of individual trainees; the idea of the globalization impact on continuing training. |
