This study highlights the efforts made over the last decades by the oenologists of Cricova S.A. to produce high quality sparkling wines by conventional technology, specific to the wine region and the production method. It is supported the need to protect the brewing Cricova for the production of sparkling wines with a label of origin "CRICOVA". |
