We often hear the idea that the stress insinuates in everyone’s life. The higher institutions of Republic of Moldova are not unfortunately places that avoid the stress but on the contrary we can say that nobody is immune, although the stress comes with all the incoveniences, it comes without a user manual. In the last decades the problem of stress has become one of the current directions investigated directly and indirectly worldwide. All the more its effects increase in volume and intensity in the students’ life and especially in the life of those who have various exams in order to complete and improve the studies. Knowing that the stress represents a problem that requires a multi-faceted approach because this phenomenon tends to get a special amplitude in recent years, being one of the most frequent forms of the stress, we have proposed to realize a study of the problem in the student environment of the State University “Alecu Russo” from Bălți. |
