There is demonstrated that hyssop plantations may be founded by seedling transplants and direct sowing with seeding rate of 6-8 kg/ha of certificated seeds. On plots with density less of 100 plants/m2 thining is not necesary . The transplants are more affected by deseases, they have got a fasciculated root system and a duration of exploitation up to 5 years. The sowed plants have got a pivotant and more profound root system, a higher vivacity. Their root system is more developed and more rezistent at water erosion, they have got a higher productivity in comparison to transplants and their duration of exploitation is 6-7 years.
