Rezumat

A study was carried out in the central and southern zones of wine growing of Moldova Republic, to evaluate the influence of biological active substances on the productivity of vines and quality of grapes. It was established that the treatment of inflorescence of the seedless Loose Perlette, Summer Muscat, Thompson Seedless, Princess, Kishmish Hisrau, Kishmish Zarafshan, Mecita, Munukka, Ruby Seedless, Flame Seedless, Beauty Seedless, Fantasy and seed Italia, Victoria, Cardinal, Red Globe, Muscat Hamburg, Codreanca (Black Magic) table grape varieties by biological active substances - gibberelic acid (GA3) leads to increase in the sizes and weights of clusters and berries, productivity of vines and grape quality. Productivity of vines increases on 10,1-92,3%, depends on biological particularities of grape varieties, concentration of growth regulators and terms of their application. We have established that for seedless grape varieties optimal concentration of biological active substances in phases of postfertilisation (3-5 days after flowering) is GA3-100 ppm, for seed grape varieties - GA3-50 ppm.
