We have studied 3000 lines of wheat in selection field for six years and the best of them were sowed in control and competition field. The best of them Moldova 79 and Moldova 77 as productivity and quality have been transferred to the State Commission for Crops Variety Testing. These varieties of wheat were more productive and with better quantitative traits than Moldova 5 (standard). They had gotten the volume of bread 490-510 cm3 at the level of Moldova 5 and lower with porosity crumb and smooth upper crust on the bread. |
