Определено, что государственно-правовое мнение представителей украинской эмиграции в 20&ndash;30-е гг. ХХ в. развивалось в конкретных исторических и политических реалиях. Научная деятельность эмигрантов-юристов в основном направлена на формирование теоретико-гуманитарных основ для восстановления украинского государства и права.</p></description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>The article is devoted to the study of the state and legal tradition in the studies of immigrant lawyers of the interwar period. It was determined that the state-legal opinion of representatives of Ukrainian emigration in the 20&ndash;30s. ХХ c. developed in specific historical and political realities. The scientific work of immigrant lawyers is mainly aimed at the formation of theoretical and humanitarian foundations for the restoration of the Ukrainian state and law.</p></description>
