<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Рассмотрены правовые основания и процессуальный порядок о проведении судебно-медицинских и судебно-психологических экспертиз при расследовании уголовных правонарушений, связанных с торговлей людьми. Торговля людьми является одной из самых циничных форм нарушения основных прав и свобод человека. Независимо от вида эксплуатационной цели, торговля людьми имеет особо тяжкие, а порой необратимые последствия для пострадавших лиц. Торговля людьми постоянно эволюционирует вслед за стремлениями преступников получить наивысшие прибыли от эксплуатации пострадавших лиц и противодействовать расследованию преступлений. Преступление торговля людьми относится к категории тяжких и предусматривает наказание в виде лишения свободы до 15 лет. Обвинение базируется преимущественно на показаниях потерпевших, подтверждается проведенными в уголовных процессах судебными экспертизами.</p></description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>Legal grounds considered and and a remedial order about conducting forensic and forensic examinations in the investigation of criminal offenses related to trafficking in persons. Trade people are one of the most cynical forms of violation of fundamental human rights and freedoms. Regardless of the type of operational purpose, human trafficking has especially grave and sometimes irreversible consequences for the victims. Trade people are constantly evolving following the aspirations of criminals to obtain the highest profits from the exploitation of affected individuals and to counteract the investigation of crimes. Crime trading people are categorized grave and punishable by imprisonment to 15 years. The charge is based primarily on the testimony of the victims confirmed by judicial examinations conducted in criminal proceedings</p></description>
