The purpose of the study, was to estimate features of physiological indicators and the content of the free amino acids in human sperm gametes at a hypothermia which refl ects adequate information on a condition of a nitric exchange in sperm. For achievement of the purpose physiological indicators and concentration of free amino acids in human spermatozoa were studied at action of a hypothermia. It was shown that at action of a hypothermal factor physiological indicators and concentration of all free amino acids decreased, but is more expressed: α-aminobutyric acid (78,1%), cystine (70,9%), ornithine (56,3%), a leucine (46,2%) and asparagine (44,2%). |
