Europe is involved in the political reforming process.  The Russia re-writes the borders and do not want to get out of control the East of its empire.  The USA are interested to be seen as a protector, a supplier of economic and security services. They have discovered that the Eastern countries are loyal allies because they hope the America will protect them from Russia.  Under the USA umbrella the old project was re-opened which comes from the beginning of the XIXth century - Intermarium.  Moldova cannot be excluded from this project, but to determine its implication, Romania needs to demonstrate that all the security and defence projects which it develops, are involving the Republic of Moldova as well.
