In this article the authors performs a legal analysis of the number of passengers that cross the state customs border when entering and leaving the country. The author also determines the list of objects, values, goods necessary for the passengers that cross the customs border, thus establishing the list of medicines and pharmaceuticals that are vitally important for passengers that cross the customs border. As a result of the legal research of the topic on crossing medicines over the state customs border by passengers, the author proposes some amendments to the customs organic law that regulates the crossing of passengers of the customs border. |
