This article discusses some of the issues the strategy of development of information technologies in the organization - IT Strategy. Its emergence and selection as an independent field review primarily due to necessity of ensuring consistency between the level of development of enterprise information systems and business requirements. It is obvious that business development will inevitably be accompanied by corresponding changes in the IT systems. Topical issues of the development of the IT strategy is due to a whole set of factors, the main of which are related to: ongoing changes in the business and industrial society; the changing role of information technology in business and society; a change in corporate culture and style of management in the business; as well as an objective an increase in IT budgets of companies. |
