The article deals with the problems and perspectives of building special inclusive educational framework at Belarussian educational institutions (the example of F. Scorina Gomel State University is provided). Positive examples of inclusion are described and the tasks for future improvements in the sphere are given and explained. Legislation in the sphere of protection of rights of the citizens with special educational needs is examined. |
