This scientific approach is dedicated to migration in terms of study and development. Such an approach is very appropriate, especially after the intersection of the 20th and the 21st centuries, when the global migration development system affected the Republic of Moldova. At the same time, it has to be mentioned that until recently, there was a rather unilateral and superficial approach to the phenomenon of migration in the Republic of Moldova. This phenomenon, which was little studied and known, was generally considered to be a negative phenomenon with which it can and must be fought to counteract it. In this article the author suggests another approach to the migration phenomenon - management of migration that create premise for development.
