Rezumat

Assessment of human resources appears as a necessity to improve the internal management system within the ministry, allowing better planning, coordination and organization of the human resources activity and of the organization as a whole. Evaluation is a prerequisite for determining the need for training and the continuous development of human resources. Performance evaluation as a factor in the professional development of staff within organizations. The methods that were used in research process: specialized literature study, observation, analysis, synthesis, interpretation of data.
