This study is devoted to the prior request procedure or prior administrative procedure, which is characterized by certain advantages and is highlighted by a simple procedure, without formalities, without the payment of certain fees, avoiding the costs of a lengthy and costly trial and observing certain concrete deadlines in the case of administrative acts of an individual nature, without observing certain terms in the case of administrative acts of a normative nature, as well as the possibility of revoking the administrative act on the grounds of opportunity.  The prior request procedure or prior administrative procedure provides the person who considers himself or herself to be injured in a right to appeal to the authority that caused an injury thereto, or to the hierarchically superior body to ask it to review its decision, that is to cancel, to amend or to replace the administrative act.
