The problem of law springs represents one of the most important elements of the Law General Theory. The field of juridical research, including law elaboration and performance is situated on the basis of the above mentioned element. At present,
taking into account that the law springs has a major theoretical and practicai significance, this matter should be approached scientifically for establishing valued directions of the law development in the society. One of the law springs is the case law approached in the present work paper.
