A special place in the context of human rights and fundamental freedoms is the responsibility of public freedoms, includ-ing freedom of opinion and expression, freedom of conscience, right to information, freedom of parties and other socio-political and free assembly. These include freedom to seek, receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, the right to associate freely with others, including the right to form unions and to join them the right to peaceful meetings, right to or adopt a religion or belief of his choice as the right to show it individually or jointly.
