In this article, we make an attempt to define and sort the social skills, then concentrate on social skills of children and the way they develop. We talk about social skills from the point of view of social psychology - an academic discipline that does research related to social skills or interpersonal skills. The discipline studies how skills are learned by an individual through changes in attitude, thinking, and behavior. We talk about school and its influence on child development, we discuss then the parents influences on the personality developments of their children generally and social skills particularly. |
