Rezumat

Human Resource Management, underlines the idea that people represent the difference, that only people have the capacity to generate value, and that human abilities are a strategic resource that needs to managed properly. Another specific trait of the Management of Human Resources is linked to the notion of integration that includes a set of policies, programs and work practices, presented in a coherent manner and integrated in the organizational strategy with the main purpose to maximize the employee’s contribution in order to achieve the objectives of the organizations.
