This article describes the importance of Moldovan Government institution for state construction. According Constitution, the Moldovan Government is the central executive authority. Government is responsible for interior and foreign policy of the state; he manages the general management of public administration and is accountable to Parliament. In the exercise of his competence, the Government uses its program of activities approved by Parliament. The main role in setting government has Parliament, but the trial Moldovan president participates. In terms of the political regime in Moldova, the role of government, especially the Prime Minister, is very important. In its work, the Government relies on the support of the parliamentary majority (the source of legitimacy of power) which offers powers to government ministerial team. |
