The insecurity and dangers that results from armed conflicts, as well as, terrorist attacks, political or religious persecution, make the peaceful population from the regions exposed to danger to wander the way in order to save their lives or freedom. Under these circumstances, the international community is constantly developing mechanism and tools to solve the problems of these categories of population by creating a common system of humanitarian international protection designed to provide an area of freedom, security and justice. |
