As a method of the investigation there were taken three trunks of Pleurotus HK35, 5A, 22P cultivated on different nutritive substrata like wheat straws (test) and rinds of sunflower.
The preparation process of the substratum was made under the thermal disinfection at 90oC during an hour and at 80oC for two hours. There were studied the morpho-cultural characters of the carpophores: the average height of the carpophores, their number, hat diameter, hat thickness, foot length and diameter.
