Au fost expuse unele situaţii clinice cand a existat o necorespundere intre obiectivele finale ale proteticienilor vis-a-vis de poziţia şi unghiul de inserare a implantelor. Experienţa acumulată de autori, demonstrează, că in cadrul protezării sunt intalnite dificultăţi provocate de instalarea „distopiată“ a implantelor, cand inserţia lor nu corespunde poziţiei naturale a dinţilor pierduţi şi in aşa mod nu pot fi atinse obiectivele estetice dorite. Pentru atingerea obiectivelor finale ale unui tratament implantologic trebuie să existe o colaborare cat stransă intre echipa de specialişti in implantologie, etapa protetică trebuie să fie primară a unui tratament implantologic. Ca beneficiu al unui tratament protetic implantologic raţional pot fi recomandate utilizarea şabloanelor chirurgicale.

There have been advocated some clinical situations when there were differences between the final objectives of the prosthodontics and the implant insertion angle. The authors’ experience shows that there are difficulties during the prosthetic treatment caused by the „dystopian“ position of the implants which does not correspond to the position of natural missing teeth, therefore the desired esthetic objectives cannot be achieved. In order to achieve the final objectives, there must be a strong team work between the specialists involved in the treatment, the prosthetic phase must be primary in the implant treatment. One benefit of rational implant-prosthetic treatment can be the use of surgical guides.
