Rezumat

Pro-European Center of Communication and Services was established on 10 May 2011 at the National Library of the Republic of Moldova. It aims to promote the European values and attitudes by the instrumentality of supporting Moldova's European integration process. It is unique in Moldova due to the fact that it addresses not only issues concerning the European Union, but also the Council of Europe. The library of the Information Office of the Council of Europe in Moldova served as a basis for the creation of the library of this Centre. Although there are several centers in the country which inform people on European issues, this Centre has some features which distinguishes it from other players in this domain. The information provided by CPESC, especially on the issue of European integration of Moldova, relates to the European Union, Council of Europe and other European organizations and institutions in Moldova. The CPESC team consists of specialists in European information with extensive experience in this field, who have worked in the structures of the Council of Europe and European Union programs. The whole work of the Center is based on new ICT, particularly the web 2.0 platform.
