Rezumat

The article deals with the role of information technology in the development of marketing programs; a set of programs to streamline the marketing information is proposed. In particular, the system of customer relationship management CRM (Customer Relationship Management), which is defined as technology customer relationship management is spoken about; the current trend in the field of automation control, the ability to integrate and maximize the use of all sources of information about existing and potential customers are depicted. The importance of modern solutions in CRM, allowing enterprises to optimize the customer interaction, and create an effective mechanism for management of marketing, sales and service is substantiated. This article tells about the importance of the CRM- system, which like most automated information systems is designed to process large amounts of information flows quickly and create reports quickly in response to the changing of the environmental performance. It is proved that the implementation of CRM means a comprehensive transition to a new development policy focused on customers because it will ensure improvement of the quality of customer service, reduce labor costs for maintenance.
