<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>In the article are considered the main issues existing in the doctrine on the problem of patients’ victimity and victims of crime in general. There are analyzed the scientific approaches on the research of victims’ feeling of guilt, and are investigated the government attitude to human and evaluation of crime from the standpoint of social relationship to the victim of crime. It is made a legal analysis of legislative provision that regulate the issues of designation the status of criminal offenses victim in the criminal justice process. There is justified and proved the patients victimity towards the doctor and the whole medical sphere in general.  </description>
<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>Рассматриваются основные проблемные вопросы, существующие в доктрине, относительно вопроса виктимности пациентов и жертв преступлений в целом. Анализируются научные подходы относительно исследования вины жертвы преступления, а также исследуется отношение государства к человеку и оценки преступления с позиций социального отношения к жертве преступления. Сделан правовой анализ законодательных норм, которые регулируют вопросы присвоения статуса потерпевшего от уголовного правонарушения в уголовном судопроизводстве. Обоснована и доказана виктимность пациента по отношению к врачу вообще и всей медицинской сфере в целом. </description>
