The labour market in Romania is charcterised by diverse balance problems between the number of employees and the number of pensioners. It can be noticed that the effort of the employees is always greater because of the higher number of pensioners. It is obvious the balance disfunctionality which is the cause of maintaing the economy at a productiv level, a economy that maintaines a balance between employees and pensioners, not in favour of the employees only because there is a small job offer.
