Homicide Disguised by Carbonization - Case Report In the forensic autopsy of the burned bodies, one of the most important issues is vital burns determining whether to exclude concealing a crime by burning the corpse of the victim. We present the case of a man aged 42, who was found dead at his home, because obvious death seemed to be charring, but given the location of the body horizontal on the bed, without any flexion or extension of the arms and legs, what the pathologist appeared doubt that the charring was possible postmortem. The data presented by the prosecution apparent that the residence called M.I. a fire broke out, which is why one of its neighbors announced firefighters. When they arrived, they found that the objects in the house were burned and top-called corpse was found on the back of the body on the bed, around a stove (the stove) that works with wood.
