Rezumat

Au fost analizate metodele tradiţionale de diagnosticare a tromboemboembolismului pulmonar (ECG, Ecocardiografi a cu Doppler, radiogragia cutiei toracice, pletismografi a) şi astfel de metode contemporane de diagnostic instrumental, cum sunt determinarea D-Dimerului sagvin, scintigrafi a ventilaţional-perfuzională cu introducerea intravenos a macrosferelor albuminei, marcate cu Tc-99m; angiopulmonografi a, scanarea Doppler color, fl ebografi a radionuclidă cu Tc-99m. S-a elaborat algoritmul diagnosticului în cazul suspecţiei la tromboembolie a arterei pulmonare masive şi nemasive, s-au stabilit posibilităţile diagnosticului instrumental al maladiei date.

There were analyzed the traditional methods of diagnostics of pulmonary embolism (X-rays,ECG, ecocardiography with Doppler, pletismography) and such contemporary methods as are D-Dimer determination, ventionational-perfuzional scintigraphy with Tc-99m intravenous introduction, angiopulmonography, Dupplex Doppler color, phlebography with Tc-99m. There were created diagnostic algorythm for masive and non-masive pulmonary embolism instrumental diagnostics, its posibilities and perspectives.
