Rezumat

Counselling is a professional psychological activity centered on the relationship of help in personal or collective crisis situations, existential impasse threatened or train, difficulty in adapting, networking and social integration. It is necessary whenever people show blocking usual capacity to face the challenges of life, like education problems and personal development. Faced with a variety of problems, with increasing daily stress (economic, social, family, professional, political, environmental), people of various ages, professions, cultures, ethnicities, ideologies and religions closely in more maladaptive risk or significantly less. Whatever their differences, the highest capacity and performance in people from socially excluded or marginalized, we all need professional help to overcome various obstacles in their development, relations with others in the struggle for survival and integration. A special category of persons who are beneficiaries of counseling are family with autistic child. They need counseling, which will aim to facilitate understanding of diagnosis, how it manifests itself in their child and the interventions available. Accepting the diagnosis by parents is the major factor in treating and supporting children with autism, while allowing them possibility for parents to better psychological adaptation and operating activity. Aims of counselling children with autism is to improve social skills, behavior and adaptation to the environment.
