Referring to the subjective part of offence of passive corruption, we mention that the profound research of its content has both theoretical and practical importance. As a component part of bringing someone to trial, it delimits the offence comportment from that lacking the penal illicit. The subjective part influences the establishment of the act’s degree of danger and, therefore, the individualization and establishment of the criminal punishment.
