Tăcerea legii cu privire la o anumită conduită nu înseamnă o justificare implicită a acesteia. Există o corespondenţă necesară între morală şi drept: nu se poate susţine că un act oarecare este obligatoriu numai pentru că este conform dreptului. Dreptul are nevoie de suportul moralei. Există o tablă de valori care are lucruri comune: în timpul războiului, Shakespeare e valabil la Berlin şi Goethe la Londra; ce ne desparte? </description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>Morality gives world a chance. In the morality sphere, the legislator represents the anonymous community. The law silence regarding a certain conduct does not mean an implicit justification of it. There is a necessary correspondence between morality and law: it could not be maintained that a certain act is mandatory only because it is according to the law. The law needs the morality support. There is a values table which has common things: during the war Shakespeare is valid at Berlin and Goëthe at London; what separate us? </description>
