В статье анализируются содержание и особенности юридических конструкций в гражданском процессуальном праве как своеобразных структурных схем, формирующих теоретико-правовые и логические взаимосвязи нормативного материала с практикой его реализации в гражданском судопроизводстве, в результате чего создается типичная модель правового регулирования гражданских процессуальных правоотношений. Двухмерность юридических конструкций в материальных отраслях права (то есть норма права – правоотношение) в гражданском процессе трансформируется в трёхмерную модель (то есть норма гражданского процессуального права – гражданское процессуальное отношение – гражданский процесс), позволяя таким образом воспринимать и использовать гражданские процессуальные юридические конструкции одновременно как соответствующую правовую модель, её нормативное закрепление и реализацию в гражданском судопроизводстве.

In this article the civil procedural legal constructions (legal constructions in the civil procedural law) are investigated as the kind of structural schemes which provide theoretical, legal and logical relationships of legal material with the practice of its implementation in civil proceedings. Civil procedural legal constructions (legal constructions in the civil procedural law) – is a kind of structural schemes which provide theoretical, legal and logical relationships of legal material with the practice of its implementation in civil proceedings resulting in a typical model that is built up into legal regulation of civil procedural law relationships. Twodimensional constructions in material branches of law (that is, legal norm – legal relationship) in civil proceedings is transformed into a three-dimensional model (that is, the norm of the Civil Procedural Law – civil procedural relationships – civil procedure), thus allowing to perceive and use the civil procedural legal constructions as an appropriate legal model and its regulatory consolidation and implementation in civil proceedings at the same time.
