In the present article it is shown that the murder committed by two or more persons concludes not in a single thesis, but in three of them: a) the perpetration of murder by two or more co-authors; b) the murder committed by a person who embodies the signs of the offense subject, together with one or more persons that do form these signs; c) the murder committed by a person who embodies the signs of the offense subject, through a person who does not form these signs. Also there are examined the two forms of co-author of the murder: 1) the co-author of the murder offence in the presence of prior agreement between the offenders; 2) the co-author of the murder offence without the prior agreement between the offenders. |
