The purpose of this publication is the investigation of the situation of national minorities in the Ukraine. The Ukrainian State by international commitments, should guarantee all national minorities and national cultural autonomy, communication and research into the national language, national traditions and cultural development, optimization and operation scope information media in minority languages. This is one of priorities to achieve an ethno-national policy of the Ukraine. A very delicate area is the Inter-ethnic and national-cultural relations. The situation in the media and education in the languages of ethnic communities is reflected in the attitude of the authorities on multiethnic tolerance, acceptance of general ethical norms, humanism, democracy and respect for language culture, traditions and customs of ethnic communities.
