Rezumat

One of the most important aspects of the welfare state is developed public expenditure management. Therefore, this problem becomes more acute in the transition and economic crisis, as is the case with Moldova. We can say that in the XXI century, the welfare state has imposed a rapid growth rate of national product. But there is a threshold figure from which it can be said that the welfare state started, but we can take as an important quan-titative indicator of the development of the welfare state, social spending 3 of PIB, national origin as an indicator of the welfare state.
