The establishment of Moldavian state, the creation of civil society and the reform of economy are impossible without solving the challenges regarding the education development, especially the higher education in accordance with times requests of global knowledge. The Declaration of Bologna isn’t only a political declaration, but this is also an engagement that obliges to adopt a concrete program of actions that will be an important step to policy promotion of European Integration.
