<dc:description xml:lang='en'>Within the framework of this study, the main attention focuses on the different aspects and nuances which are assumed by the concept of crime committing mean. Especially, the crime instrument aspect that can be reached by the crime committing mean is analyzed. Based on some real criminal law regulations, there are exemplified the states when an entity or another adopts the role of the crime committing mean or of the material object of the criminal offenses. The conclusions contain the delimitation criteria of the material object of the criminal offenses from the crime committing mean. </dc:description>
