In this article we try to establish the causes of estimated signs existence in criminal law. In the legal doctrine those causes typically are divided into objective and subjective. Besides, in presented work are revealed and analysed the functions of estimated signs, so it is defi ned their value in modern criminal law. The given functions should be taken into consideration by working out of any practical principles of estimated signs drawing up or application. |
