Rezumat

The imminent perspective of integration of Moldova into the European Union is to undertake institutional projects and progressive strategies for the professional evaluation of magistrates and given continuous dynamics of this evaluation, activities in this area follows to be polished, refi ned and adjusted to international standards in relation to judicial requirements generated by the establishment and promotion of professionalism and competence as main factors leading to the formation and developpment of judge’s capacity. Manifesting the willingness and hope that relevant aspects which arise on the issue of the activity of the qualifi cation college and accreditation of the judges to arouse the public interest, including all judges, policy makers, including the Superior Council of Magistracy, which is an independent body, formed for the organization and functioning of the judicial system, is the safeguard of judicial authority independence and exercise judicial self-order, we would be honored if constructive criticism, rational suggestions and proposals on the legal issues raised will contribute actively to creating a healthy current views on developing and promoting solutions to improve the activity of the qualifi cation and accreditation of judges college. In conclusion, being encouraged by the views expressed by the judges, aiming to materialize solutions for that we opt for, we adress to the Council of Magistrates, supreme body that ensures the appointment, transfer, promotion of judges, proposal for consideration of the issue on the development and promotion of measures for improvement and optimization of the activity of qualifi cations and accreditation of the Judges College.
