<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>The paper analyzes the content and structure of the system of constitutional values of Ukraine, which is enshrined in the text
of the Basic Law and covers a wide range of values – from one group concerning the person, citizen and civil society to another,
which regulates the issue of the Ukrainian state, as well as government organizations. It also carefully explores the issue of the
recognition of the person as the highest social value – it should be noted that in 18 years of functioning of the Basic Law the dominant
position of the person, its life and health in the hierarchy of social values is reasonably questioned, and the idea of freedom,
on the contrary, is the key achievement and further benchmark for all citizens of Ukraine.</description>

ну та охоплюють широкий діапазон цінностей – від однієї групи, що стосується людини, громадянина та громадянського
суспільства, до іншої, яка регулює питання української державності, а також організації влади. Ретельно досліджується
питання визнання людини як найвищої соціальної цінності.</description>
