The article gives historiosophical analysis of the relations between the right and law in civilized development of the
Ancient East, Greece and Rome. Civilization principles and features of the formation of the first legal systems, divine
grounds of the right and law and transformation of the legal conscience in the states of ancient and classical eras have been
analyzed. The relations of universal laws of being with the laws of society, including the legal laws have been researched.
Special attention is paid to the phenomenon of legal understanding and its role in the legal systems of the Ancient East,
Greece and Rome. The social factors that influenced the conceptual understanding of the legal nature oflaw and its impact
on the legal systems have been studied. |
