| Rezumat | ||||||
The author makes an analysis of human existence in the natural and legal space within the socio-natural space in which
the social interaction and coexistence of human individuals are realized through the laws of natural law. Peculiarities of
the categories "freedom", "civil society", "legal state" as the highest values of the person in the natural and legal space are
investigated. It is concluded that a person cannot exist outside the conditions of the natural and legal being, and globalization
processes in positive law contribute to the preservation of the harmonious integrity of the natural and legal space. |
