<description xml:lang='ro' descriptionType='Abstract'>În articol se propune o abordare nouă faţă de formare a măsurabilei integrale de evaluare a securităţii energetice cu utilizare a funcţiei generalizată de utilitate Harington–Mencer. Este prezentat un exemplu de construire a acestei măsurabile pe baza de date reală. Se prezintă descriere detaliată a funcţiei Harington –Mencer. În procesul realizare a lucrării prezentate este efectuată analiza a indicatorilor, recomandaţi în literatura,
ca componente ale securităţii energetice. Este demonstrat, că mare parte a acestor indicatorii este legată strâns unul cu altul.</description>
<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>В статье предложен новый подход к формированию интегральной меры
оценки энергобезопасности с использованием обобщенной функции полезности Харингтона-Менчера. Приведен пример построения такой меры на реальных данных. Приведено подробное описание функции Харингтона-Менчера. В процессе выполнения данной работы проведен анализ показателей, рекомендуемых в литературе как составляющие энергобезопасности. Показано, что значительная часть этих показателей тесно связана друг с другом.</description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>We present a new approach of creation of the integral measure of estimat ion of energy security using a generalized Harrington-Menchers’s function. It is prezented an example of the construction of such a measure using real data. A detailed description of the Harrington-Menchers’s function is presented. In carrying out this work the analysis of the indicators recommended in the literature as components of energy security is made. It is
shown that a significant part of these indicators is closely linked with each other.</description>
