Rezumat

Russia's role in solving the Transdniester conflict is crucial. At the moment this conflict is frozen. Internationally most used negotiations format is “5 2 process” (Moldova and Transdniester as sides in negotiations, with Russia, Ukraine and the OSCE acting as intermediaries and the EU and the US as observers).
