Rezumat

The possibility of realization of both the cubic and the other power-mode and polyno- mial types of non-linearity in the Shroedinger equation that describes the quantum excitations for n-dimensional media is shown. This problem is first considered in detail for such system as the single-walled carbon nanotube. The stable solitons are obtained analytically.
