Research problem that I approached in this study aims to identify the ways to stimulate and develop empathic competencies of psychological students. Hypothesizes the assumption that psychological program have a positive role in the development of empathic competencies of students in their professional training process. The formative experiment included 48subjects, students of the Faculty of Psychology of the University"Hyperion" in Bucharest. In the experiment the following results were obtained: 1) there is a significant difference in the level of empathy and emotional intelligence between the average experimental group(EG) and the control(CG) in the sense that because of the impact of the training program GE subjects achieved higher performance in developing the stew psychological structures compared to their peers in CG; 2) there are significant differences between the means of the two groups, EG and CG, in the level of personality factors responsible for interpersonal orientation and interpersonal maturity, such as the capacity status, sociability, socialization, self-control, tolerance, dominance, which demonstrates the relevance of applied development program. |
